    When should I book a move-out cleaning?

    After the movers leave and before you hand over the keys. An empty home is faster to clean, and we can get into every cabinet and closet.

    Does the home need to be empty?

    Yes, as much as possible. We clean inside the cabinets, closets and appliances, so they need to be empty. We don't haul away anything left behind.

    Is the inside of the fridge and oven included?

    Yes. Move-in and move-out cleanings include the inside of the fridge, freezer, oven and range hood, plus every cabinet and drawer.

    Will a move-out cleaning get my deposit back?

    That's up to your landlord, so we can't promise it. We clean from a set checklist, and you can show it to your landlord before the walkthrough.

    How long does a move-out cleaning take?

    About 6 hours for a 2 bed, 2 bath home, since we clean inside everything. The calculator works out the time for your home.
