    Good to know.

    Do I need to be home?

    No. Many people give us a key or a door code. Tell us how to get in when you book, and we text you when we arrive and when we leave.

    Do you bring the supplies?

    Yes. We bring everything: the products, the cloths, the vacuum and the mop. If you'd like us to use your own products, leave them out with a note.

    Will I get the same cleaner?

    For regular cleans, yes, whenever we can. If your cleaner is sick or away, we tell you before someone else comes.

    Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?

    Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked before their first clean, and we are insured.

    Can I move or cancel a clean?

    Yes. It's free up to 48 hours before. After that there is a $40 late fee, because your cleaner set the time aside for you.
